iQ boasts of over 3,600 sft of beautiful office space. We have seen to it that the trainees’ experience at iQ is exciting, fun, beneficial and delivers results. There are seven large sized air-conditioned classrooms that can hold up to twenty-five trainees each very comfortably. We have a lab available to the trainees to view educational CDs on communication skills, listening skills, personality development, customer care and sales techniques. Also on offer is software to help remove MTI and improve English comprehension.

Our campus training course is for 30 days, which covers Personality Development, Conversational English, The Art of Communication, Presentation Skills, Accent Reduction, Customer Care, Listening Skills, and Interview Facing Skills.

The learning environment at iQ is far from a college. We have no lectures, only interactions between trainers and trainees. Activities, interactive sessions, presentations and group discussions are the key methodology used at iQ. The trainees receive constant feedback from trainers and gain confidence, support and motivation to perform.

After the course is complete, a final assessment is taken and a certificate given, showing clearly the grades received and thus progress made post training. Based on these grades and a final interview with each candidate, we determine which company he or she would be best suited and arrange the interviews accordingly.

All classes offered are Monday to Saturday, 2-hour sessions. For our participants’ convenience there are three different timings to choose from.

5:00 pm    -    7:00 pm
