Corporate training always begins and ends with an assessment. We evaluate the participants’ level before we start with a Gap Analysis. During the training, tests are continuously taken to track the progress of candidates. And finally, at the end of the training session, a final assessment is conducted to judge the improvement of each participant. A detailed report is then generated and handed over to our Client.
