We’ll sit down with you and carefully understand your requirements. What are you looking for in a candidate? What qualifications do they need to possess? Should they be good at multitasking? Then we work with you to implement it, one careful step at a time. We will then screen the candidates to assess their personality and skill sets. Are they suitable for a call center (inbound or outbound)? Is the candidate a go-getter, self-motivated, team player, and flexible? We’ll find out. Depending on your parameters, tests would also be conducted to assess grammar, listening comprehension, analytical skills, technical knowledge and/or typing speed of the candidate. But this is not enough; conversational English is a must. Therefore, presentations and discussions are a major part of the screening process.

We search through our database of thousands of names to find the right match based on qualification, age, background, experience, etc. We have built this database through portals, head hunting, referrals, connections with call centers, networking and our own trained candidates. iQ receives hundreds of prospective candidates walking into our office every day and we have accepted the challenge to place all of them.
