Hi, I am Kavita Varma Rathod and I have successfully completed Train the Trainer Training Methodology for Voice and Accent Program with iQ.

I am a Teacher by profession, and have been teaching English to Secondary School students in Sultanate of Oman. Being away from Hyderabad, India, I was unaware of the changing trends of the job market in Hyderabad. One day my niece, who’s a Corporate Trainer in Hyderabad, told me about the emerging opportunities here for Voice and Accent Trainers. She suggested that I return to Hyderabad and take up the Train the Trainer course and iQ so that I could become a certified Trainer. So I joined iQ but to be honest I had a big question mark in my mind as to what they could offer me. That changed after the very first day of training and now I am ever grateful to my niece for introducing me to such a wonderful institute, superb training program and the awesome trainers there - Michelle and Gangs.

The 30-day Program was very comprehensive and complete. I was very lucky to be under the guidance and tutorship of my trainers Michelle and Gangs. They are the Best Trainers I ever came across, indeed a class apart! With their wonderful icebreakers, activities and innovative training techniques, learning was a wonderful experience. They both are what trainers should be and in fact more - very flexible, considerate, superlatively affectionate and caring yet not deviating from their aim for a moment.

Michelle is so warm and genuine. Even though the course is completed, she still keeps in touch with me and all the other participants - which distinguishes her from the rest. That is what makes iQ unique!
