Our team members have years of experience in MNCs, call centers, the service industry and educational institutions.

Our trainers are available for corporate training and would be happy to custom design a module to best suit any corporate’s needs. We also have a large network of freelance trainers in their specialized fields always available and ready for corporate training. Michelle Love

The special advantage of iQ Intelligent Training Pvt. Ltd. is that it is owned and operated by an American, Michelle Love.

Michelle has been visiting India for the past eight years, thus giving her the edge of an excellent symbiosis of American and Indian Cultures. She brings to her training a rich experience of ten years as a Public Speaker while simultaneously making documentaries on India, which included voice modulation training for script narration; 5 years in the Customer Care Industry as a Sales Associate in a leading department store known for its excellence in customer service - Nordstrom; 3 years as a Voice/Accent Trainer & Quality Control Executive in the Call Center Training Industry.

Betsy Kipgen

Betsy’s numerous years of experience in the ITES Industry, first as an associate and then advanced to a trainer for various companies, gives her the valuable hands-on experience required to head our training team at iQ.

She started her career in a BPO as a Customer Service Representative in Guwahati and then shifted to Gurgaon where she was promoted to a Senior Associate, where she gained valuable experience in the areas of team management and training. She then shifted to Hyderabad where she has been involved in Soft Skills and Voice & Accent training for over three years now.
