Michelle has been visiting India for the past eight years, thus giving her the edge of an excellent symbiosis of American and Indian Cultures. She brings to her training a rich experience of ten years as a Public Speaker while simultaneously making documentaries on India, which included voice modulation training for script narration; 5 years in the Customer Care Industry as a Sales Associate in a leading department store known for its excellence in customer service - Nordstrom; 3 years as a Voice/Accent Trainer & Quality Control Executive in the Call Center Training Industry.

Cross Cultural Communication is Michelle’s specialty. Her custom-made course helps participants gain an understanding of the place and people they will be dealing with, enabling them to stretch to their fullest potential and develop meaningful communication. Not only understanding Americans, but diving deep into their psyche is essential in developing rapport and ultimately delivering positive results, whether it be delightful customer service or achieving sales targets. She is also the ideal trainer for removing MTI from candidates and developing a neutralized accent in a simple, interesting, practical and innovative way.
